Manufacturing

Modern chipboard technologies allow making high quality boards of better environmental friendliness.

Addition of thermoset synthetic resins and water-repellent, anti-septic and other additives makes chipboards very strong, wear-resistant and durable.

Phase 1

Processing of the raw material, chipwood manufacturing

Timber processing - 1 000 000 m³ per annum

Timber processing - 1 000 000 m³ per annum

For chips production is used unpeeled roundwood log of conifers and hardwoods. Chips are produced by grinding wood in drum-type chippers.

Phase 2

Particles sorting into two fractions for the medium and exterior board layers

Drying in the drum-type dehydrating machine

Drying in the drum-type dehydrating machine

Usage of unpeeled roundwood log of conifers and hardwoods. Chips are produced by grinding wood in disc chippers.

Phase 3

Resin production from carbamide-formaldehyde concentrate

Glue-boiling

Glue-boiling

Resin from carbamide-formaldehyde concentrate and carbamide is produced with the addition of ammonium chloride and alkali liquors.

Phase 4

Continuous chip carpet forming and pressing

Pressing

Pressing

The prepared loose board carpet runs through the roller compactor, after which the carpet is loaded to the hot press .

Phase 5

Cooling stage

Precooling

Precooling

The pressed boards are sized at the trimming and the sizing line to 1830 mm wide and 2750 mm long. After boards are cooled down to 50-60°С in the fan-type conditioning chamber.

Phase 6

Board grinding

Fuel economy

Fuel economy

The wood dust after sanding is run through 3 treatment stages and fed into the storage bin, followed by combustion in dust burners for use in drying plants, which gives a major fuel saving at the drying process.

Phase 7

Producing of the Melamine film from aprinted decor paper for PB laminating

European printed decor paper

European printed decor paper

The production of melamine film utilizes decorative paper of 70-80 g/m2 density of such companies as Schattdecor, Surteco-decor, Techocell Dekor, Interprint, Impress.

Phase 8

Chipboard laminating

7 short-stroke lines

7 short-stroke lines

The company has installed 7 short-stroke through-feed BURKLE and Wemhoener lines which allow for handling modern films and laminating chipboards at high speeds.

Phase 9

Particle board and laminated particle board sorting and placement at the stock

Quality control

Quality control

The finished board downstream of the press undergoes the QA/QC process and segregation by pockets.

Phase 10

Products loading and transport

Accessible transport

Accessible transport

Goods are transported in heavy duty trucks, containers and railway cars.
