History
Work on the project for the construction of chipboard plant began in 1970 (at that time the plant was the part of the All-Union Association under the title "Tomlesprom").
Beginning
1980 - 2003 years

Start-up and test of the chipboard production line made by Finnish company «RAUMA REPOLA».

1984
Production capacity was gained.

1991
Reconstruction of the plant with replacement of the main technological equipment by more modern and high-efficient one, which can provide high quality products meeting all European standards. Annual chipboard production increased up to 130 thousand cubic meters per year.

1992
The company was certified for the production of particle board with E1 class emission.

1999
Sectors modernization; installing of the high-efficient European machinery equipment. («SIEMPELKAMP», «BIZON»).

2003
The first film overlay laminating-and-embossing system was installed. Five high-tech «BURKLE» production systems were installed in the period from 2003 to 2007 in total. As a result "Tomlesdrev" timber processing association became Russia's largest manufacturer of chipboard with production capacity - 1,200,000 – 1,300,000 square meters per month.

2004 - 2011 years

2004
Reconstruction of the plant. «SIEMPELKAMP» company machinery equipment was installed. Its capacity rates - 180 thousand cubic meters per year. Technological upgrade has improved wood-base layer formation and ensured density uniformity of boards. Since the new machinery equipment was launched, chipboard capacity rates have been increased by a third. Environmental performance has been improved, as well as working conditions of the enterprise employees.

2005
The raw chip section was upgraded; four «PALLMANN» company chip flakers were installed; each can produce ten tons of high-quality chips per hour.

2007
Launch of the decorative paper impregnation section equipped with the VITS production line (Germany).

2011
Hydraulic in the hot-press section was successfully reconstructed in cooperation with «SIEMPELKAMP» company (Germany). This helped to increase chipboard capacity up to 5% and to achieve the planned plant chipboard capacity up to 260 000 cubic meters per annum. - The reconstruction and modernization of sectors has led to increase of the laminated chipboard capacity which counted 7%.

Start of the new plant construction for the chipboard and laminated chipboard production.

2016
Launch of the new plant. New machinery equipment of the German company «DIEFFENBACHER» was successfully installed and put into operation. Chipboard and laminated chipboard capacity increased to the overall rates of 36,250,000 square meters and 34,000,000 square meters per year, respectively.
